5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, strategies, or business data shared during the course of the partnership. This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Arnion Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

7. Termination

Arnion Media reserves the right to terminate o suspend services if there is a breach of this Agreement or if the client engages in unlawful activities. Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice if the other party fails to perform its obligations.

8. Refunds

Arnion Media does not offer refunds for services rendered unless explicitly stated in the specific service agreement. Refunds may be considered in cases where the service has not been provided as per the agreement or due to other exceptional circumstances.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding under this Agreement must be brought in the courts.

10. SMS Consent
